There is only one time replacement policy for all the products.
Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order date and once the product is received in our inventory, we will start immediately the refund process.
The refund through the credit card/debit card/net bank will be completed within 2 to 3 days.
For COD payment the refund amount will take little time or customer can give their bank account details, we will credit it soon.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
For handloom sarees and dress material items (acid washed, painted and hand woven) returns will be accepted only if there is a major difference in colour (sometimes photo colors are too bright due to resolution) and quality of fabric as mentioned.
Return will be arranged but Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refundable amount as courier charges.

Once we receive the return information, we will schedule our courier services to pick up the item provided it should be properly packed.

You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
How long the refund procedure takes?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 2 working days.
Where should I return my product?
We will arrange a pickup from our courier services & before arranging the pickup for return we will update you via email about the pickup time & then the product shall be returned.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
Please note that, for hygienic reason no returns for the lingerie items.
